Dear Guests, 
on this page you can find the Service Charter and Regulations of the Wine Lodge Tenute Maestrale, in order to provide you with all the necessary information to best enjoy the services we offer. 

Entering our Wine Lodge implies full acceptance and compliance with these regulations.


CHECK IN
Available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tenute Maestrale Winery. The winery opens at 11:00 AM, so it’s possible to arrive earlier and wait there until the room is ready. In case of arrival after 06:00 PM, please inform us in advance as the Reception service is not available full time. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid ID to allow for the legal registration process.

CHECK OUT
We kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM. Any specific billing requests should be made the day before departure. 
Payments can be made in cash, debit, or credit card by the morning of departure. Please do not leave any food or drinks inside the room.

SERVICES

Breakfast: The Breakfast Basket, if included in your booking, will be delivered to your room between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM (as indicated by guests on the form to be filled out).

Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available in the pool area and guest rooms.

Swimming Pool: The pool is free of charge and for the exclusive use of Wine Lodge guests. There is no lifeguard service, and guests must read the Internal Pool Regulations available on-site before entering. 
The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside these hours,the use is at guests’ own risk. 

Dining: There is NO restaurant or bar service at the Wine Lodge, but each room is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. In the common area, there is an Honesty Bar where you’ll find our wines, soft drinks, and water. Each guest must note their consumption on the provided form, which will be charged to the room.

Parking: Parking is free but not guarded. Although there are no particular risks, we recommend locking your vehicle for added security.

Recycling: At the Wine Lodge, waste is carefully sorted for recycling. Guests are kindly requested to use the appropriate bins available in the rooms and at the entrance of the common area.

Laundry: There is no laundry service available. However, an iron and ironing board can be requested, subject to availability.

ROOMS AND COMMON AREA
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to invite unregistered people into the lodgings at any time without prior authorization.

Cleaning: Rooms are cleaned daily between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Linen: Bed linen is changed only for stays of 5 nights or more. 
Towels will be replaced if left on the floor. If you wish to reuse them, please hang them on the hooks. It is strictly forbidden to remove any Wine Lodge linens from the property, including pool towels: any missing linen will be charged to your account. 

Rooms: Please treat the rooms as if they were your own in order to keep everything in the best condition. Any damage to furniture or equipment will be assessed for appropriate reimbursement. 

The room contains everything you may need: blankets, pillows, bed and bathroom linen, hygiene products, courtesy kit, etc. 
It is prohibited to remove bathroom dispensers, except for single-use products. Any missing items will be charged to your account. 

Do not flush diapers, cotton pads, or bulky materials down the toilet. Please use the appropriate bins located in the rooms. Do not leave trash or other waste in the common areas, except in the designated containers.

Kitchen and Tableware: Guests are welcome to use the in-room kitchen freely, keeping it tidy and clean. Please do not leave dishes outside the kitchen and return them clean to their designated place.

Safe: Safes are available in each room. The Wine Lodge is not responsible for money, jewelry, or valuables stored inside the safes. The operating manual is located outside the safe. Please leave the safe door open upon check-out. 

Heating/Cooling: Each bungalow has underfloor heating and air conditioning, which can be adjusted independently. To avoid excessive consumption and ensure proper functioning, please ensure all doors and windows remain closed while the system is on, especially when you’re away. 

Damage Reporting: Guests are kindly asked to report any accidental damage caused during their stay. 

PETS
Pets are not allowed at our Wine Lodge.

BEHAVIOR
The Wine Lodge is a place of relaxation. Please avoid disturbing noises, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
Please respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests and staff. Inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of your stay without refund. It is forbidden to allow non-residents into rooms or common areas without prior agreement. Access to areas marked with “No Entry” signage is strictly prohibited (signs indicate dangerous or restricted zones).

Environmental Respect: We kindly ask guests to reduce water and energy waste. Therefore, if you wish to reuse towels, please hang them up. If you prefer new ones, leave them on the floor.

SMOKING 
Our Wine Lodge is entirely non-smoking. Smoking, including electronic devices, is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces (rooms and common areas). 
Smoking is allowed outdoors, with respect for other guests and the surrounding environment.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
It is strictly prohibited to serve alcohol to minors under the age of 18. 

USE OF COMMON AREAS 
Common areas (relax area, honesty bar, pool) are available to guests, in accordance with opening hours and usage rules. 
The use of the common area kitchen is not allowed without permission, and pool seats may not be reserved.

LIABILITY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The management is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the stay.

Minors Policy: Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 
Some areas of the property may not be suitable for children. Parents (or legal guardians) are responsible for the behavior of their children within the property and must ensure respectful conduct towards others and the premises.

Theft or Loss: Management is not responsible for theft or loss of unattended items on the premises. 

Key Loss or Damage: Losing or breaking the key will incur a minimum fee of €15.00. Guests are liable for and must compensate any damages caused by them or their dependents. 
Missing linens or bathroom products (except for single-use items that may be taken) will be charged to your account.

SECURITY
For security reasons, the premises are monitored by a video surveillance system. In case of emergency, please follow the evacuation plan posted in your room. The Wine Lodge is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
Bringing toy guns, fireworks, firecrackers, or similar items into the Wine Lodge is strictly prohibited. Any guest found with such items will be immediately expelled without refund. Guests are also asked to comply with all posted signage.

BOOKINGS AND RATES 
Bookings: Reservations can be made on the website www.tenutemaestrale.it or by sending a written request to winelodge@tenutemaestrale.it. 
All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card as guarantee. No charges will be made at the time of booking.

Rates: Rates are per night, regardless of check-in time, based on double occupancy, regardless of the age of the occupants.

Children Supplements: Supplements apply only when sharing the room with two paying adults. In case of one adult and one child or two children, the standard rate as per price list applies. 

Cribs for children aged 0–2: If requested at the time of booking, the property provides up to two travel cots free of charge, subject to availability.

Tourist Tax: The Municipality of Donori has NOT currently instituted a tourist tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND DEPOSITS 
Free cancellations are allowed up to 21 days before arrival. 
Cancellations made within 21 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total stay. Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show will incur a 100% charge of the total stay.

Deposit: No charges will be made at the time of booking. 
21 days prior to arrival, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay will be charged. The remaining 50% will be charged at check-in.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY 
In compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), all personal data will be processed via both computerized and manual systems to fulfill fiscal obligations (e.g., invoicing, registration) and to provide the requested services. 

Upon arrival, guests will be asked to present a valid ID for communication to law enforcement authorities. 

By completing the designated form and/or subscribing to the Newsletter, you authorize us to update our database and keep you informed about our real-time promotions.

GENERAL CONDITIONS 
Management reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with these rules, without refund. 

These regulations are in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. By booking at our Wine Lodge, all the above conditions are considered accepted.
